Before Delivery
If you need to cancel your rental before your order has been dispatched, you can request a full refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to process your request.

If your order has already been prepared or is out for delivery, a delivery fee may be charged to cover logistics and handling costs.

After Delivery
If your item has already been delivered, cancellations or returns depend on timing and condition. We accept return requests within a short period after delivery if:


• The item does not match the description or size stated.


• The item arrives damaged or unsuitable for wear.

Returns are subject to inspection by our quality team. Once approved, we will issue a refund or rental credit according to your preference.

Please note that items worn, damaged or returned late may not qualify for a full refund.

Pre-Loved Purchases
All pre-loved designer items sold through Linèa are final sale.

Because each piece is carefully authenticated, inspected and photographed before listing, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted for pre-loved purchases.

We encourage all buyers to review product descriptions, sizing and photos carefully before placing an order. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any questions prior to purchase.

Refund Process for Rentals
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days.

If you prefer, we can also issue your refund as Linèa Credit, which can be used for future rentals.

Non-Refundable Items
• Items that have been worn, used or damaged after delivery


• Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging


• Gift cards or promotional credits


• Items returned without prior authorization


• All pre-loved purchases (final sale)
